In my headcannon, Indonesia Twins are at least 5000 years old, meaning they exist at the same time with Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome and thus has met them. Possibly witnessed the birth of the new personifications as well.

The spice trade developed throughout South Asia and Middle East in around 2000 BCE with cinnamon and pepper, and in East Asia with herbs and pepper. Cloves and nutmegs are among the spices traded back then.

The Egyptians used herbs for embalming and their demand for exotic herbs helped stimulate world trade. Camphor, an essential ingredient used for embalming, originated in Barus, Sibolga, Sumatra, Indonesia. Since the mummification already dated back on 2.700 BC, camphor already traded and used back then.

The Indonesians were trading in spices (mainly Cinnamon and Cassia with East Africa using Catamaran boats and sailing with the help of the Westerlies in the Indian Ocean. Pliny The Elder (23-79 AC), a Roman scholar who have once lived in Alexandria (Egypt) wrote about brave sailors from the east came to Egypt with humble boats, brought with them nutmegs and other spices.

According to Majapahit: Peradaban Maritime (Majapahit: A Maritime Civilization), Indonesian sailors already established routed to Africa and Egypt. The book also pointed out similarities between Ancient Roman armour with Singosari's, Majapahit's, and Bugis armour.

Plato and Solon (Ancient Greece' famous philosophers) described Atlantis and based from that researchers are debating wether the location is Indonesia or Brazil or Mediterranian Sea or any other country. Nevertheless, prehistoric Indonesia (Sundaland) hold a strong possibility to be Atlantis.

I also say that Indonesia has existed during Old Testament time in the Bible.
