Sinyo means a boy/young man/unmarried Dutch man

Belanda means white person

Sinyo Belanda is this rich primped kid that likes to prank and looks down on others, and proud with the fact that he can get away with it. He's actually a bit tsundere and doesn't like things not according his way. Oh and he has this weird rivalry with Noni Belanda over something that only they can understand.
